Outsurance is one of the few companies, in my experience, that work at the concept of
1. service: dealing with a claim effeciently, promptly and professional
2. follow up service: emails and phonecalls to see if the customer is satisfied
3. afterservice: the little extras that make a customer feel happy.
I am always surprised when I hear folk complaining about OS. I realise that it is normal for there to be some complaints but in all the years we have been with OS I find the call centre to be efficient and friendly. So much so that we have moved all our insurance as well as taken out extra insurance with them based on the quality of service. OS beat and bettered every quote I sent through to them.
We recently returned home to rotten food due to a electrical fault. Anje (I am so sorry I do not have her surname) was amazing. I would have hugged her was she standing next to me. Claim received, sorted and paid out in no time. A few weeks later I received a Fedex delivery with 2 cookbooks and a handwritten note from Anje. Yes this might be SOP'S but a company that has this level of service in place deserves a pat on the back.
