Waiting 3 weeks for storm damage to be repaired

Three weeks ago my house suffered damage due to a hail storm, I phoned and emailed Standard bank insurance claims, they send someone to assess the damage and further nothing up to date has been done, the bad weather has continued and more damage is imminent, I have phoned several times and the answer was due to the congestion of complaints they are inundated but thats not good enough, my house and carpets is getteing damaged more, I have replaced all the windows that was shattered in the hail storm, my claim nr is 13/086146
