DIAL DIRECT - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was in an accident on the 28th of March. Phoned Dialdirect within an hour of the accident to report the accident to get the process going. And, needles to say, 15 days after the accident and what bad service.

The claim hasn't even been loaded by the accessors. Try phoning DialDirect - I never get through to the person who took my first call. Spoke to 2 supervisors without any success. The quote has been sent through to DialDirect the next day. Sent again after they asked for it - couldn't find the first email. DD DO NOT phone back, DO NOT keep you updated on the process. Apparantly they can't as nothing has been done. 15 DAYS after the accident. BAD BAD SERVICE.

When they haunt you to take out the insurance they are on your case every day. And know that they have to deliver on their promises - NOTHING.

I AM ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and will definitely not recommend DialDirect to anyone - STAY AWAY as far as you can.
