Long wait

I came into the bank @ 10h30 and I was only attended to at 11h30 but there wasn't a problem with the banker who served me. I was helped but the time spent waiting was too long since there was only one banker attending to customers or clients. When I came in there were not more than four if not five people waiting in front of me but it was a long wait. I was the last person if not the second last client to leave the bank since there was a lady who came into the banker's office after me. At that time it was after 12h00 pm.

Please don't let this be the norm that banks are already known for the world over.
