I am a Private Banking client of Standard bank and I am very dissapointed with their service. I have made several queries and have had to follow up over and over again before recieving any kind of a response. I had a query related to my credit card and called my Private banker after sending an email and still have not recieved a response to my query. This is not the first time this is happening. I am also dissatisfied by the quality of the responses I am getting. I am starting to think that normal banking is more convenient because standard bank's private bankers do not offer what they promise. I was specifically told to approach my private banker with any queries I had. I can't be served at the bank because I am a Private banking client and my private banker does not give me the quality of service that I expect. Should I not recieve a positive response very soon, I am going to seriously consider changing Banks!
