No response or contact from so called Premier Bank

I am an FNB premier banker for a long while. They keep chaning the person you deal with and a new relationship needs to be built. Previously when the person has resigned or moved the banker will inform me hereof. For the past two years they do not do this anymore however. Yesterday I ahd an urgent query, I contacted my banker Christo via email twice and got no response. There was no out of office or forwarding address. I called him and the telephone has a not active beep almost like the number dialed is incorrect. I called the switch board they said he is in a meeting and the message will be passed on for urgent attention. I have still not received any call and its a issue which I have. I called the following day and the lady at switch board Jacky started making excuses for everyone, saying a temptook my message and did not know what was going on, she however does but has done nothing to date. She said they do not inform CLIENTS of changes, there is no communication, forwarding details although the person served a months notice. She said clients ask questions why the person has left that is why they dont inform clients about the resignation. I really dont care why they leave.
