Trying to open a new bank account

I waited for 40 minutes for a banker to help me to open a new account. After 40 minutes, the banker tells me to wait when her customer left and first discuss an issue with the manager, then asked me to wait still and went back into her office to do work without any customer in front of her. I waited another 7 minutes, then she takes a cellphone call and closed her office door. I waited. She is a priority banker it says on the door. My new account seems the be not a priority. The manager says they are busy but priority banker has no customer with her and no one except me was waiting. Not busy in the branch, yet no service for me as new client. If the bank was busy One can understand, but if there Are no customers besides me waiting for service, how do you understand their concept of service? I will take my account and investment to a bank where you feel like a customer and where you get service.
