TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A DON'T CARE ATTITUD

I went to the bank on 7th of may to find out what documents I will require to apply for a credit card,
I was approached by the front line desk lady, who did not know anything, she then called a younger African male teller, who also was not sure, he took my cell no down and called me later with the detailed
The next day I went back with all my docs, I again saw the frontline lady who wrote my name down in a log sheet and told me to take a seat, I told her that I needed to print a proof of residence, and I asked her to give me a bankers email address, she later brought a business card and gave me, but did not mention what it was for, nor did she tell the business banker, about me, about half and hour later, I saw Zunaid Ahmed and I asked him who was this person on the business card, during my conversation it was Mr pitso who heard me and came out to address my problem, he did the printout and told me to take a seat for one of the banker... so I waited...
One hour later, now frustrated of waiting so long, Portia the banker comes out and takes another client who I assume was her friend, who was third in the queue, when I told her I was before that client, she just ignord me.
