Why do I have a prestige bank account

Please explain to me why I have this account if I do not get any joy out of a banker? I have requested a call back to update my account details but never get any feedback, I called in again yesterday, I was told the banker would call me, still; waiting, I hear there is a new banker, very nice, what would be even niceris if Std bank could inform a person that the banker has changed, I am wondering ..
