Ridiculous waiting, lack of concern to assist cust

I am a Nedbank client for 12 years. I was at the branch to pick up a credit card that I had mislaid. After waiting for 1 hour in a queue, I was told that my FICA had expired. First I've heard of this. Back now, a 2 HR wait and despite waiting yesterday, no assistance was offered. Nedbank has no separate queue for collections as all other banks have. There are always minimal staff who are very slow and inefficient behind the information counter. Wrt the FICA expiring, I expected a notification since this has never happened in my long, loyal relationship with my bank. After this unrealistic service I am receiving, I will move my account over to a bank that is willing to assist me and not waste my time! The fact that I usually use a reference from the bank whenever proof of residence is required but 'my' bank didn't bother with assisting me at all despite me even having a private banker (that I don't hear from). Nedbank does not care about retaining their customers and do not deserve to keep charging their exorbitant fees for complete lack of service and total incompetence or willingness to reduce wasting their supposed valuable customers time!
