FNB, worst bank ever, only after 5 months of asking assistance, they only now came back to me, only now to find out about half of nothing explained, and as I have signed contract they will probably walk away with a grin on their face, never take a personal loan from FNB, they will you over and if and when you realise this they will walk away with winning, make sure you read your contract before signing. They tell you" your personal loan approved in less than 10 minutes, and this is exactly how they catch you

In the end I never refused to pay I made an offer (after loosing everything including my job due to an unforeseen chronic illness) and I got threatened with lawyers. case being handed over, now only after 5 months they are trying to help only after i started threatening in my own way. With taking this to the newspapers, borrowing 20k now suddenly having to pay back almost 50k, THIS IS DAYLIGHT AND THE BANKS ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT..This is outrageous (PS, be aware of all the hidden costs they never tell you about. 10 minute to be approved?!?!? They dont explain everything in detail, this is why I say its breach of contract and I might refuse to keep on paying.
