I entered the bank at 09h25 and stood in front of a "Banker's" office, in sight of this " Banker" for 3minutes and 25 seconds while she was chatting away with the cleaner-lady (with a can of Mr Min) on her desk. She ignored me while enjoying her daily chat with the cleaning lady... laughing and sharing family stories while a client stood outside waiting to be served. I eventually enterde the office to enquire who can help me wit a query on my bond. I was instructed to go to the next office. There I found a gentleman with two females in his office having a casual conversation, but he came out of his office immediately and wanted me to sit at a telephone where he would get the homeloan department on the line for me. I told him the reason I came into the bank was to have a "face-to-face" conversation with someone from the homeloans department. He then informed me that there was nobody from the home loan department in the bank. This is clearly customer service at its worst.
