Our geyser burst over December, and guess what, that claim is still not finalised.
We just dont get hold of anyone in the claims department, whether you phone or email, nothing! You dont get explanations of where to go get what sorted out, who to contact or anything close.

BUT THEY ARE VERY EASY TO CLOSE THE CLAIM

The list that I did receive doesnt even give me half the instruction on what to do, and the people that was suppose to deliver the goods as indicated was an empty promise.

And for the rest, no answers what so ever...

This is really pathetic and I still think that outsurance is definitely not the best choice we made.
