In March 2013 one of outsurance clients rolled back at a robot into our vehicle. Client gave my son his business card and drove off. We lodged a claim with outsurance through our broker. We have been struggling since then to get this claim sorted out. NO LUCK. During this time it seems that the outsurance client moved his insurance to Santam. Outsurance is now rejecting the claim. Surely the client was still insured with you when the incident took place. This is pathetic service for a company that claims to bend over backwards... My son was involved in another incident in May with another outsurance client (outsurance client was at fault) after 6 weeks of battling with outsurance to sort out our claim - NO LUCK they don't return calls, etc. Have now claimed through our own insurance and guess what its been a week and seems like our claim will be done and dusted in a few days. thanks for nothing outsurance.
