I opened a Sanlam Collective Investments account. So today I called to find out how much I have made and how to log on their website to see how much I am making every day.

The consultant I spoke to Eric Roberts told me that I need to sent FICA documents first, I told him how difficult it would be to get all documents. He was so rude and when I asked him why he was talking to me like that he told me that the call was recorded and he is not being rude and just stating facts. When I tried to speak he just cut me off without even giving me a chance to spoke at some points on the conversation he spoke in Xhosa. I asked him if that's the way he is suppose to talk to clients and he was so hush disrespectful and continued with some Xhosa. I then told him that I don't speak Xhosa and that he can only speak to me in Venda or English and he said he didn't speak in Xhosa and told me that the call was recorded. And then asked for his name and he said - and I quote-"Eric Roberts you spoke to me at 12:05 you can write that down too". I asked him to put me through to his supervisor and he did, I held the call for 2 minutes and dropped cause he said she was busy. I am so disappointed
