To whom it may concern:

I was trying to avoid doing this, but though it would be better If I do, maybe I will get a better response through this. It is at no fault with the consultant that is handling my claim, I think its it the process that is pathetic.

My aunt has been sick and she was admitted to hospital (she was diagnosed with having a stroke)- I contacted Outsurance around the 5th November or so and to date this has not been sorted out.

Its frustrating and annoying for a client to pay monthly (without complaining) to Outsurance and not get the service that the company RAVEs about. This is no service. the serivce is pathetic and the process is LONG If I dont get anyfeedback I will look at taking my business to another Insurance company. My aunts illness was legitimate, this is totally ridiculous. I want someone to give me feedback and finalise my claim ASAP. I dont understand why a claim can take up to 3 months to finalise. Outsurance is quick to take our money but dont honor their word---- I joined outsurance because the company say they the best but infact I think the exact opposite... I want answers to my claimed process.
