I had been an OUTsurance client for well over a year and sadly in that period I had had to claim for insured items. Im very pleased that to say that OUTsurance staff keep to their service promise.

From the moment the call is connected with an agent the friendliness is felt. The claims were done over the phone and the goods were replaced within 3 days to me. Quotes, payments and delivery were all done speedily. I have never experienced similar service, not even with the company I work for.

Im no longer a customer but wish to assure anyone that OUTsurance does really deliver on what they promise.
