Pathetic service from outsurance in time of crisis

Claim nr 105953920. It's been just over a week since my parents who live in Durban, had an accident in gauteng. The service we have received from outsurance is pathetic. We are unable to get a hold of the person handling the claim. The car is still in Johannesburg and my parents have been stressed enough when outsurance wouldn't provide them transportation home as per their help it out facility. Now they don't even know what's happening with their vehicle. Calls made to mpho 17/12, Renay 18/12, thapelo 18/12, Anwar 19/12, jerad 20/12, Tsepisang on 20/12 no answer left messages with Emily. Called Martha and grace 20/12. Grace cut the call and Martha gave me the I correct number of the service provider. My dad is diabetic and this added stress doesn't help his condition. I will be taking this matter up with the ombudsman. I also have 2 cars and my house insured with outsurance plus my parents have their house and cars with outsurance we will definitely be cancelling. So much for you always get something out. Furthermore When outsurance responds via hello Peter surely they should give a contact number for the person that responds from outsurance
