U ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT - FRUSTRATION!!!

This is the 2nd time I've had the misfortune of having to deal with Outsurance. Yesterday 3 Jan logged a claim for a burst geyser with Lebohang. Got an SMS confirming the claim. At 10 am on Sat 4 Jan still no plumber. Call and speak to numerous call centre operators. Eventually get put through to Kelly who advises she has arranged a plumber. 24hr Fixit phones but tells me they fully booked - fat help. Phone again and leave a message with Didi at 12h35 for Kelly to contact me. Needless to say Kelly does not call back. Phone again speak to Johan who eventually puts me through to Methusi. Methusi advises me that claims department closes at 1 and everyone has gone home (including Kelly). Methusi says he will phone back in 10 mins (no call from Methusi). I've been without water for 2 days now and NO I do not want my geyser isolated and NO I do not want to go to a B&B for a shower (suggestions by Outsurance) - I want my geyser replaced as that is what I pay insurance for. After this claim I will be cancelling my policy as I've been a client of Outsurance for the past 15-20 years, have claimed twice and both times have had to post public complaints on Hello Peter!!!
