Outsurance
Pathetic service

I am not an outsurance customer but the owner of the house I rent is. Ons Sunday 2 December they geyser came down almost right through the ceiling. Breaking bending and ripping out pipes in the process. Obviously the ceiling broke, carpets and closets were drenched in water!
Nr1. outsurance could not be reached untill the monday morning, not even on their supposed 24hr nr.
Nr2. the plumber came the morning and did his report with photos telling me that by the evening we should have water again, that never happened because...
Nr3. the assessor only caim the afternoon and did not even bother to get into the roof to check the damage. He left telling me that theyll get to us when they get to us.
Nr4. its Thursday and we still have no water in the house, no work has begun because it still has not been approved!!!

We cant stay in the house cause there is no water and the carpets has already begun to rot giving off a stench barely stomach able!
I dont give a how great outsurance claims to be, they are pathetic that doesnt care about the customer, only about taking the customers money!!! People should know this and not even consider using outsurance cause they will drop you!
