I sent through all the documents required regarding the noting of a cession against my policy on Monday the 11th of March 2013, immediately after that I got an email acknowledging that they have received my email and will attend to the matter asap. They told me I would get the letter before 2:30pm on the same afternoon, but I only received it on the 13th of March and this was only because I had called the call centre 10 times (literally made 10 calls between Monday afternoon and Wednesday morning) and threatened to escalate the matter further and move to another insurance company. I have no problem following and adhering to procedures but the least they could have done was to be honest with me, instead of making empty promises and telling me it would be done on the same day when they knew very well it's not going to be done. I expected some professionalism from people who claim to be "for professionals".
