Dear Outsurance
I had a minor scrape along the side of my car - not a big job at all. I went through the claims process with Outsurance & received approval for the claim. This process was efficient & painless!
HOWEVER the panelbeater Outsurance sent me to was Riverside Auto Body. I took my car in on the morning of Monday 25 February 2013. I still do not have my car back -- for such a small job, I find this unacceptable!
I phoned RAB on Thursday, 7 March 2013. I was told my car would be ready "early next week" - meaning 11 or 12 March. I phoned again on Wednesday 13 March & was told that my car needs to be quality checked, but that they would phone me that afternoon to let me know when I could pick it up. I received no feedback. I phoned them this morning (Friday 15 March) & was told I would get my car this afternoon. Around 15h00 this afternoon I phoned to ask what was going on & was again told that my car had to be quality checked & it would be ready on Monday. They have now had my car for 3 FULL working weeks. This is appalling!
This really ruins the entire experience for me - I must say, I did not expect such bad service! I feel as if they are taking me for a ride!
