I called on Monday morning the 11th of March 2013 and spoke to (Vuyisa) ref number for call 03132222A my request was simple - please email me a settlement letter as I want to settle my American Swiss account in full. I called on Wednesday 13th of March 2013 and spoke to Kenneth (no ref number. I made Kenneth well aware of my request and part from getting rudely interrupted my request was still not met. I have an appointment with my bank on Friday morning 15th of March and I need this letter before then. There was no assurance from him that he will follow up on this request. All that I was told this letter goes into a queue and it takes up to 5 working days. There was no concerned from Kenneth side regarding the urgency of my request. I cannot wait for 5 working days to get this letter. I made Kenneth well aware that I other accounts as well. Some of these accounts I already received the settlement letter the same day. Why does this have to be any different with my American Swiss account?
