Claim repudiation

On Saterday the 9th February 2013 at Evander in Mpumalanga I had an accident with my husband's car FBR 785MP. I reported it to my insurance company the same day. On Monday the 11th February 2013 I lodged a claim with Oakhurst Insurance company. I was told that their investigator would contact me of which he did. I submitted all the documents that the insurance needed. After few weeks I received a repudiation letter from the insurance company. The repudiation letter states that I used the car for business whilst my policy say I should use the car for social and to work only. When I go through the policy schedule that I have, it is quiet on how I should have used the car. I do not have a business, I do not know why they say I used the car for business. I told them that on the day of the accident I went to Evander to collect my training material, which they told me it was business. I do not know when was I suppose to collect them as I thought it was social. On the 15th March 2013 I received a call from the insurance telling me that I should fetch my car from the towing company. When I asked about who will carry the costs they said the costs are on me. I thought they should be for them
