WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Our Vehicle overheated at Kuruman on the 6th March 2013 and was towed to Gariep Motors Jeep in Kimberley. Vehicle arrived at Gariep Motors on the 9th March 2013. Natasha the Service advisor advised us that they will start working on the vehicle on Monday 11th March 2013 as they need to do a full check as to what needs to be done on the vehicle. We followed up on monday the 11th and she then told us that they are to busy and will only attend to vehicle on the Wednesday the 13th. We only received the estimate on the 18th March 2013 and confirm the GO Ahead on the 19th March. They submitted a warranty claim and advised us the warranty only pay R30000. Natasha then came back saying we now need to pay more as the warranty only cover R20000. We the agreed and told them to Finish the Vehicle asap as we do not have transport. I phoned the dealer every day leaving messages for JOHN WEST NATASHA KOMEN and JOHAN TERBLANCHE. and they dont give us feedback. At first they ordered wrongly and we had to wait for thearmo meter then afer a week their mechanic made a mistake on the gasket now there is a problem with the Block which werent there from the start... I need transport ASAP
