I have been waiting for more than two months for my cellphone claim to be sorted but to no avail, whenever I called them I was told they are waiting for authorization. Now they don't even respond to my emails and whenever I call they tell me they will call me back and they never do. Suddenly they don't even debit my account for insurance premiums.
