Hello, I sent a secure message via internet banking on 10 January 2013, and did not receive any call from a consultant within 24 hours as indicated on the message. I further sent an email to IB support early this morning, to which my email was read, but to date I still has not been contacted. This is not the first time that I experienced this service when sent a through a secure message. My message is of high important, and clearly that has not been taken into consideration. I will not confidently recommend STANDARD BANK to potential clients.
