Bad Service AGAIN from Standard Bank

I cannot quite understand why the Standard Bank has the "Secure Message" service on their Internet banking facility. I have NEVER had any "consultant" contact me or attend to any situation requiring attention sent through this option. The only time I get a response from the Standard is when a report is posted on Hello peter. I have also tried to have the manager at Norwood attend to a situation after getting no response AGAIN on their "secure message" service - also without any response.
