Left in the dark

I was involved in an accident on Christmas eve, and my vehicle had to be towed, its been pretty hard since I didnt have car hire. I understood that since many companies were closed for the festive season, my claim would be properly attended to with the commencement of the new year. Ten days in the new year, I still await concrete information of what is happening. It seems that information NEVER comes through to me unsolicited, Sheldon promised to call me this morning, I am still waiting. I am not getting that royal feeling which I got when I first signed up, and its very frustrating
