No response from Secure Messages

I submitted a Secure Message from my internet banking to have someone call me to increase my EFT limit, at around 9am and 12pm. I sent another message at around 12pm the next day and have still had no response, even though they promise to respond in 24 hours.

This is why Standard Bank is losing clients, and i will be changing banks as soon as possible.
