I sent a secure message to Standard Bank requesting them to lift my EFT limit so I can do an urgent payment for a funeral. Nomthandazo responded with an email with several spelling errors saying she can't contact me my number is, and I quote "rong". I then sent a screenshot of the email to @askSBSA on Twitter. They sent me a response saying they will sort it out. 5 hours later someone from Cape Gate branch called me saying they will lift it. Its now hours later and i'm still waiting. This is just one of the numerous problems I always have with Standard bank. My car is in the shop and I thought a secure message would make things go faster but obviously not!
