Dial Direct Insurance
2 months, no repairs done to my car!

On Monday 04/03/2013 I went to see what was going on with my car and why was it taking more than two months to repair at the panel beater. When I got there I was shocked to see who dial direct used to do the repair work on my car. The panel beaters looks very unprofessional and no work has been done to my car except my bumper on the car being removed. I asked to speek to the owner and wanted to know what was going on. The owner was contacted by phone and he told the omloyee who phoned him to take my details and that he will contact me first thing in the morning regarding my car. Its saturday today and I still havent heard from him nor from the dial direct representative who works with my clame who assured me that he would be phoning me once a week to keep me informed.

1. And no sir, there was no missed calls on my phone so telling me that they tried phoning is not an excuse.
2. According to nissan there parts take at the most 2 weeks to arive after ordering and only if they dont have it in the country, othererwize it should be at the branch within 2 days.
