Amount held on Account for over 3 months

I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Alicia at the Sandton ABSA who is very friendly but is unable to assist me getting an amount off my account that has been held for over 3 months. The money has gone off but ABSA cannot get it right to clear the amount as Alicia has already established that it should have been cleared 3 months ago. My budget never adds up as I have to keep remembering this amount.

Why should I have to post this on hellopeter in order to get some sort of service and get it CLEARED!
