No car back after almost 3 months

I had an accident with my car on the 25th April and to date I still have not received my car back. Dial Direct took a full month to finalise my claim because THEY could not find proof that I had insurance before taking up insurance with them. Fortunately the insurer I used in the past is still in business and has kept records from several years ago. Once the claim was finalised they decided to send my vehicle to one of their panel beaters. I followed up with this said panel beater only to find out that my car had been moved to another panel beater without bothering to inform me. This said panel beater "Gallagher... something panel beaters" is still sitting with the car to date. Getting information out of Dial Direct and the panel beater has been like pulling teeth. This has been such a frustrating exercise. ALL I WANT IS MY CAR BACK PLEASE!!! How difficult can that be? It's almost three months, come on now get your act together.

The two complaints that we have lodged with "Dial Direct" directly have fallen on deaf ears. No one has bothered to take ownership of this problem. I don't get the feeling that Dial Direct cares for me as their client. In my opinion this is a denial of serv
