No feed back on when my car will be fixed!!!

Since March I've been phoning Dial direct to find out what is happening with my claim to get my car repaired. I was sent to a panel beater to get the assessed from theTelesure representative who would then forward the details of the claim to Dial Direct to proses my claim and get my car fixed. I was told by Dial direct the damage is less than my excess amount thus to fix it privately is better. Got the the Panel beater a few weeks later to check if the claim is still valid and was told that the quote emailed to my by dial direct was incorrect as R3000 work is not include which doubles the amount I need to pay for the repair.

The Panel beater phoned Dial direct fixed the Quotation called me and said Dial Direct will phone me. Since then Ive phoned Dial direct twice and got no help all they say is the person working on my claim is out but will contact me as soon as the person is back. Its now over 3 months later and still nothing.

This is totally unacceptable service for the amount of money I pay per month for my Insurance!
