5 weeks into a claim and still no repairs!!

On the 17th of January I damaged my car in the Eastern Cape (I live in Cape Town). Knowing I do not live in EC, Dial Direct still had the car assessed EC. Two weeks later I was told the car needs to be moved to CT and reassessed. So Dial Direct, YOU delayed this by 2 weeks. Once the car was in CT, the assessment went quickly. A pity Dial Direct FORGOT to authorise the repairs. Again Dial Direct, YOU delayed my claim for another 8 days. Dare I mention that YOU didn't know where my car was in these 8 days and then about its whereabouts?! The car is at the panel beater but no repairs can be done. Why? Because Dial Direct only allows panel beaters to order parts from specific suppliers, 1) this supplier is based in JHB, 2) they dont have stock. So again, Dial Direct will delay my claim by another 3 weeks while we wait for parts. Dial Direct, stop blaming everyone else for the delays. YOU should have had it assessed in CT to begin with. YOU should have authorised the repairs immediately and not waited 8 days. YOU should have suppliers that actually have parts available, if not you should at least consider allowing parts to be bought elsewhere. Disgusting service, I expected more.
