2 Weeks and Panalbeating Work Not Started

My car was involved in and accident towards the end of May, I logged a claim with Dial Direct with in the same week I had the accident. I had to chance up for 2 weeks to get the claims processed and dealt with 3 different claims consultants as the first agent went on sick leave and no one followed up on her work, Once the claim was confirmed and sent to a Panel beater parts where ordered and received by 4th of June, Since the 4th they removed the faulty parts but NO other work has been no (They have not began with the actual repair of the car.) The only response I could get out of the panel beater was that they are to busy. I have made provision for transport to and from work until the 28th. As I would have expected to have car back to to then. The fact that the panel beater has not even worked on the for 2 weeks is unexceptionable to me if they are to busy then they should have never excepted the work in the first place.at this point I am looking at a month with out a car and no clear sign of when I will get my Car back.
