My car has been gone for hail damage repair from the 28th of November 2012..there car is still not back, i tried complaining on i was told my car is in painting, every week when i call they tell me my car is on painting, it;s been 3months full .what irritates me is that i have to be the one calling dial direct or the panel beater itself.i'm getting a very bad service from the panel beater.they don't contact me to tell me how far is my car, i'm very worried i don't even know if my car is available or what.dial direct made me take my car to their bad service giving panel beater by the name SHOGUN in pretoria west... I want my car back wether they are finished or not I just want my car back otherwise i'm taking this up with my lawyers.
For the past two months when I come and complain on hello peter that's when they call me... then they keep quiet again..is it fair that they want to act like they treating me right if i take this further. DIAL DIRECT I WANT MY CAR BACK AND I HOPE NOTHING HAS BEN CHANGED ON THAT CAR.I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THE STORY OF THEY STILL PAINTING IT FOR 3 MONTHS BECAUSE I WILL SCREAM.WHERE IS MY CAR?
