Dial direct approves backyard panel beaters

My accident was on the 10/01/2012 today is the 25/03/2013 and the Dial direct approved panel beater is still busy with my car? When I queried the mater after 2 weeks they informed me they were waiting for parts its been 2months and 15days now!!!

This morning I spoke to the Nissan dealer where my parts for the car was ordered and they informed me that the parts where only ordered on the 12/03/2012! That means I was to from the start and that they were not waiting for any parts because it was never ordered.

My biggest shock is the fact that dial direct uses panel beaters that are so unethical and disonest. Unfortunately my car was towed to the panel beater because if I had seen the panel beater before hand I would have not taken it there. Please dial direct visit this panel beater and explain how you put someone so unprofessional on your panel?

Bottom line, My car has been standing at the panel beaters for 2 months 15 days and the parts where only ordered a 12 days ago.
