Claim no 106343860 With bad wind damage to windmill and soaked carpet over Christmas at Groblershoop temp 41deg heatwave & no water, Sibusiso has ignored 3e-mails & 10 plus calls. Hailstorm damage in Gauteng in January being more important. Although quotes have been submitted, he is unavailable. The provider in Upington has only bothered to phone today and as he supplies services to all insurance company's & is known to give bad service- does only half the work and decides what he feels like doing but is always OK-ed and paid. This had been brought to Sibusisos attention and we were told to get other quotes. Sibusiso never returns a call or e-mail and gives no feedback or response. Our predicament is not his concern. As I was intending to stop other house insurance at Absa and to use Outsurance, I'm reconsidering as they have provided bad service in this instance and use the same pathetic service provider as Absa. Hail damage is more important than no water. A bad service provider can take as long as he wants. If you have any queries says the sms, pls contact claims advisor Sibusiso who happens to never be available. Shame on this bad service from Outsurance.
