I have been with Outsurance 15 years, no problem because I had no claims. In the last two years I had vehicle damage due to hail, vehicle accident and hail damage to house. Outsurance has no clue on customer service. With each claim my access was reversed due to poor service. On this claim my access has already been reversed so I don't know how else they are going to fix it. I reported my damage to roof tiles in December last year. Nothing has been done to date. This has resulted in secondary damage to ceilings, electrical wiring, skirtings, flooring etc. On 31 January, I complained again, I received an email and sms to say it will be fixed on that day. Nothing happened except that a contractor employed by Outsurance contacted me to arrange for today, 6 February to do the work. Guess what, nobody pitched and Outsurance didn't follow-up. Outsurance's strategy appears to be to drag a claim out as long as possible in order to recover their money. My claims have taken 2 - 6 months to be handled
