Poor response, service on claim

We lodged a claim with Outsurance on 18 November 2013 after the floods we experienced in Strand.
Our whole house was ankle deep under water and we suffered a lot of damage to household content and buildings. The assessors was out here the next day to do the damage report an we relied on Outsurance to live up to their claim of sorting out the insurance claim in record time. It is today 23 January 2014, and after three weeks of at least three phone calls a day and empty promises of a manager will call you back, the only thing that had been sorted out is my wife's mobile phone and printer. I think that Outsurance is hopeless and does not live up to their promises. I still have no idea what is going on with the claim...
