Outsurance does NOT bent over backwards

Outsurance does not bent over backwards for its customers. I've been struggling for the past 5 months to sort out a claim (water damage to walls, ceilings & wooden floors). The claim was submitted in Oct 2012. I, the customer, have to follow up with the suppliers Outsurance appointed. If we phone Outsurance it's referred back to the suppliers and their response is that they are waiting for Outsurance. It has been 5 months, my house and it looks terrible. We followed up with Outsurance about 4 weeks ago, still waiting for their call. The service received thus far is absolutely terrible. We pay about R2 200 on monthy premiums for insurance with Outsurance, and this is the service we get? We also paid the excess immediately when we put forward the claim in Oct last year. Nobody gives us feedback! How can you have an open job card for 5 months and not follow up on it or does it end with Outsurance as soon as the excess is paid?
