REFUSE TO MAKE PRIMIUM ARRANGEMENT WITH ME

I tried to speak to bank about payment arrangement of my house, erf no1334
but they ingore my emails, tried to make appointment with them but happenned
I told them i will able to pay R3500.00 plus R2000.00 for arears, Now they going to auction the house on 27/01/2014, so what about shorfalls, who will pay them
What I am saying is to extend the bond by maybe 5years
Is there any one wo can help me?
