HAIL DAMAGE - Car is a WRITE OFF

I have been with outsurance for 4 years, CLAIM FREE. My first claim was last week for hail damage. The only damage to my vehicle was the roof and a few dents on the bonnet. I get a call from Portia yesterday saying that my car is a write off. I am extremely sad at how Outsurance can treat their clients. I cannot afford to walk away with the pathetic amount they willing to pay me out. I have paid over R90k already for my car and i will walk away with a lousy R20k in my pocket. My monthly premiums are not cheap and this is what they are willing to make me walk away with. There is seriously nothing wrong with my vehicle to classify it as a write off!!!
