A Claim was logged with Outsurance after we had hail damage to our house's paintwork. Now almost 2 weeks later, with more rain and further damage, no one has even assessed the damage to get it sorted out. We are still waiting. Maybe Outsurance should rather work on keeping existing customers happy instead of worrying about mobile applications for non-members they can not deliver to!
