THERE WAS AT MY HOUSE AND THE OUTSIDE TAP WAS, I REPORTED THIS TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND GOT ALLOCATED A PLUMBER. NOW ALMOST 72HRS LATER THE PIPES ARE STILL NOT FIXED MEANING THERE IS NO WATER SUPPLY TO MY HOUSE DUE TO THE CUT OFF COPPER PIPES. THE SO CALLED ALLOCATED PLUMBER IS NOT ANSWERING HIS PHONE AND I HAVE BEEN HOLDING ON TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT FOR CLOSE TO AN HOUR, THUS IS REALLY REDICULOUS AND PATHETIC COZ THEY GET THEIR PAYMENT MONTHLY ON TIME WITHIU FAILURE AND YET FOR A CLAIM TO BE RESOLVED THERE HAS TO BE SOME WAR TO GET SERVICE . IF THEY CANT DELIVER AT THE PREFARED SPEED THEY MUST GET OUT IF THE INDUSTRY AND LET PEOPLE WHO CAN PROVIDE THE SERVICE DO THEIR JOBS.AND THE STUPID CONSULTANT CALLED TRUDY SAYS SHE DOES NOT KNOW, I ASKED HER TO PUT ME THROUGH TO HER SUPPERVISOR SHE STILL SAY SHE DOES NIT KNOW LIKE WHAT THE.
