1.In December 2012, the geyser in my house was not functional and there was no water coming from it cold or hot. Heat was completely gone. Then I reported the matter to OUTsurance and I was allocated Claim Number: 91536280 for the geyser to be repaired.
2.On the 11 December 2012, the service provider 24Fix was assigned to replace a new geyser [100 KPA] the new pipes and water valve. The geyser was replaced, pipes and water valve installed. I noticed that there was still unfinished job:
A hole that was drilled through the wall to insert pipes was not closed, it was left open on the wall. The two copper pipes running parallel each were tempered with and left not in the same length since one pipe was now longer than the other.
The clamps that were removed when repairing those copper pipes were not replaced. It may be due to those pipes not having equal height or so.
Plastic pipes were left hanging very loose with cracks showing around these pipes.
3.I lodged a complaint to OUTsurance. I reported the matter to OUTsurance Consultant, Mr France Kekana who was dealing with your complaint. He listed all concerns and promised to make a follow up of the matter a.s.a.p.
