Unprofessional / Bad service

For the past 2weeks i've been requesting for a plumber to come through my house. He came the first time and fixed one portion and left telling my maid that 24 fix will call me. Three days pasted no call and i called them. First i was told about a R1000 something bill because the plumber was there for more than allocated by insurance which i tole them that i will not pay that. Besides the plumber confirmed that he didn't stay that long (clearly 24 fix has a habit of billing for service not rendered, careful). After countless number of calls (during which they kept me on hold or promised to call back - and they don't) the plumber is deployed to fix my pipe, only he is not "aware" that he should be coming to my house... my insurance is first for women and i suggest they get another service provider because 24 fix is not competent enough. 2 weeks later, my pipe is still not fixed!!!
