Please help me

I had a personal loan and due to unforeseen problems it turned into payment problems for a wile. But the loan was paid up in full in 2011 without any compromise. I received a paid up letter from Wesbank. It does not seem like it is still on ITC, but it still reflects as bad debt on the FNB system and now FNB cant assist me with credit.
CAN YOU PLEASE REMOVE THIS FROM THE SYSTEM. SHORELY MY SIDE IS CLEAN. It affects my total credit score.
Please I need your help.
